I'm still waiting on my order for the Rescuers. I sent it in just after the first of the year, and the check was cashed two days ago. Hopefully, it will be in soon. Anyone know how long it took after the check was cashed?

I'm very sure that if your check has cleared, the dvd is most certainly headed your way. When I called customer service, they said that it takes up to 10 WEEKS to get it in the mail, which could mean that some of us have Bambi in our hands before we get Robin Hood in the mail  .

Yeah, I called today, and they said that it could take another 2 weeks after the check is cashed. Seems odd to me, but okay.

And I'm still not even up on their site. I should ask my dad whether or not they even cashed the check yet.

Strange enough, my friend--who sent in her certificate a week or so after me--received her free DVD over a week ago while I am still here waiting for my name to appear on their website.

She said that maybe Disney just hates me.

If it makes you feel better, I received my dvd over a month ago but I am still not on the web site.

Me too, I received mine in the beginning of December and when I went to the website to check my status nothing showed up. So I guess the feature is completely useless. :x

I have a question.

I'm a member of the DMC.

How can I claim this offer?

I never do those things, because it ruins the artworks on the dvds.

FWIW
I sent in the disney store receipt for the three treasures along with a photocopy of the boxes (I didn't want to cut out the tabs), and they returned it to me with a form that said I didn't submit the proof of purchase tab.

What you do is scan the proofs at original size and print them on bright white paper. They won't know the difference with tape over them. I mean, geez, they have the receipts right there...

My check cleared two weeks ago and I haven't received anything yet, but I've done this everytime it's been offered and it always seems to take longer than I think it should.

Hmm, I saw the sticker for this on the latest wave of Ghibli films... buy Nausicaa, Porco Rosso, and Cat Returns and get a free DVD...

What films are offered? Just old Disney ones like Rescuers and Cool Runnings?
