I usually post on the message boards at Laughing Place.com and there were some references to Ultimate Disney by other posters, so I decided to check it out.

Bump.

I can't exactly remember how I exactly found this site. I kept on clicking on here from time to time. I remember clicking on links to some of the reviews on Rottentomatoes.com. Like Kram, I did see some links on Animated-movies.com. I started coming here more regularly around May, but I didn't sign up on the forum for a while as I had exams and wasn't in the mood for compulsive posting. But I signed up on the day after my last exam and here is me!

LOL, bumpity bump, Wonderlicious?

Well, as everyone or no one knows, I came here just to annoy Kram. Many a days I looked over his shoulder and say "WHAT'S THAT???", so I joined just to annoy him.

um... I'm not quite sure. :? :? :? If I recall, someone advertised it on dvdanswers.com(where I get my info for NON Disney DVD's ;) ) in the press release for The Haunted Mansion, but I'm not 100% sure.
Cheers,

Searching

Post by delta_raes_mom »

I was looking to see if "Under Wraps" was on either VHS or DVD. My 2 year old saw it on the Disney Channel and I ran across this site looking for it. Unfortunately it isn't released and I am curious to know if it will be. If anyone knows how I could find out please send me a message or e-mail me, please.

I found UD in Autumn of last year when news was filtering through about The Golden Girls on DVD. I think there must have been a link to UD from another site [tvshowsondvd]. Then a great review of TGG followed. I can't believe I didn't find this place earlier 8)

I found it through yahoo while I was searching for info on Disney DVD types/releases... and it was the first time I knew about the Platinum line; and quite surprised Aladdin was part of it ( I didn't know it was so popular given the fact once TLK came out most people forgot about it).

I was going through yahoo, trying to find out what exactly distinguished the release types. I first only read the reviews and finally found my way onto the forum. It's been great ever since.

I believe I first came to UD from another site I frequent, Toon Zone. Usually when there's any new news on Disney DVD's TZ would have a link to UD on their site. Actually there's one right now, due to the Pocahontas release date. Plus, sometimes people mention UD on Toon Zone's message boards. They have a Disney message board in case anyone is interested. 8)

How did you find this site?

Post by purplebluelove99 »

I found out about this site by doing a search on Disney fanclubs. I have been looking for a site like this one for a long time. I found the people on this site to be helpful and friendly. I haven't had any bad vibes from anyone here. A lot of other messege boards have nothing but negative people on them but here everyone is so mellow and positive too.
