I really can't stand those sharp, geometrical character designs. I find them unsettling. I'm not too fond of the low-quality, Flash-like animation but that's a given nowadays for TV animation.

Yen Press is releasing a graphic novel based on the series. It was intially set for fall 2018 but it ended up being released in August 2021.

IDW Publishing is launching a comic book series based on the show that will be compiled into a graphic novel titled Technology Is Unbeatable.

A sneak peek has been released. The first season will consist of 25 episodes, plus shorts. The first 10 episodes were animated at Nørlum, an animation studio in Denmark.

Wasabi's voice is so deep and something about the animation is off. It's beautiful, but the facial expressive are so small that they don't match the lively voice acting at all

This show deserved so much better animation imo. I hate those skinny mechanical lines so much. And how much they avoid ever having a lot of overlaping lines. Places like folds in clothing need it. It makes me uncomfortable. And is it just me or is the frame rate lower than most shows? At least draw some smear frames to try and hide it more.
