After today's slew of announcements, many updates have been made to the list.
This includes the 3/12/13 releases of Mulan, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Brother Bear (all with their sequels), and (SURPRISE!) Atlantis: The Lost Empire.

Re: The DAC Blu-ray History List (North America)
List updated several times since the last time I bumped the thread. The most recent update includes the date change to "Atlantis: The Lost Empire", and the surprising addition of "The Emperor's New Groove" which are both being released in 2-Movie Collections on June 11th.

WDAS Animated Classics on Blu-Ray
Ok, so in the last couple of years Disney has been releasing their WDAS canon films on Blu Ray, with "The Jungle Book" being the most recent release in the Diamond Editions line and "Sleeping Beauty" being re-released on Blu-Ray this time also as a Diamond Edition. However, there are still a few ones that need to be released or re-released in order to have the entire canon on Blu-Ray. I remember that Disney was releasing several titles together in waves of 3 or so not that long ago. So when is the next wave coming?
The titles that have yet to be released are as follows in canon order:
1. Saludos Amigos
2. The Three Caballeros
3. Make Mine Music
4. Fun and Fancy Free
5. Melody Time
6. The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad
7. 101 Dalmatians
8. The Black Cauldron
9. Aladdin
10. Hercules
11. Tarzan
12. Dinosaur
13. Chicken Little
14. Meet The Robinsons
15. Bolt
Any one have any info about any of these coming to Blu-Ray sometime soon?

Re: WDAS Animated Classics on Blu-Ray
Are you asking for the U.S.?
Because Dinosaur, Chicken Little, Robinsons and Bolt are still available on blur-ray. The last three even in 3D combo packs.
You can also order 101 Dalmatians, Aladdin, Hercules and Tarzan from amazon.co.uk as they are regions free.

I'm confused. Was The Black Cauldron announced for a U.S. release or not? Seems I read somewhere where it was coming this summer...

Re: The DAC Blu-ray History List (North America)
Rumored, but never announced. Since it seems to be included in the various European iterations of the new Villains-centric repackaging line, a forthcoming announcement of US release is not a wholly unreasonable expectation. As always, we'll know when WDHE tells us...tlc38tlc38 wrote:I'm confused. Was The Black Cauldron announced for a U.S. release or not? Seems I read somewhere where it was coming this summer...

Re: The DAC Blu-ray History List (North America)
List updated to include this year's offerings so far. We're very close to finishing the entire canon. The question is - Will Disney actually release the final five films on Blu-ray?
