Id love to do this ! But I have to ask .... can people from outside the US do it ? Or is it just people within certain areas ?

I believe you can. Julian Carter is from Europe and he participated in the past. Also, I am from Puerto Rico and I participated last year.

I believe you can. Julian Carter is from Europe and he participated in the past. Also, I am from Puerto Rico and I participated last year.
Don't forget that I've done it before (along with other UK people), and am doing it again this year! So that makes it extra certain that you can do it, atlantica! :p
