I have 4700 pts. Didn't get any points for reading email. Even filled out the "rate this email" thing at the bottom (thinking I would get points for that but didn't). I never get birthday points either.

I just checked my e-mail and I did get my birthday points from DMR! I got 25 points and the choice of a free Blu-Ray, either:
Enchanted
Meet the Robinsons
High School Musical 2
National Treasure
The Game Plan
Hmm, I already have Meet the Robinsons and National Treasure on DVD, not sure which one I will get. It'll end-up just sitting on the shelf as I don't have the equipment yet to play Blu-Ray.

I hope that this promotion lasts until October (which is the month my dad's birthday is in, because I registered with his birthday, don't ask because I don't remember). Out of those the only one that I really want is National Treasue. The rest I already have or don't want.

To get back on topic, I got the birthday points and Blu-Ray, but I did not get any points in the newsletter.

I had 220 points at the beginning of the week. My Howl's Moving Castle DVD came with a points insert (100) and I bought The Tigger Movie yesterday (Again, 100 points), so that now brings me up to 420 points so far.

For those of you thinking about buying Hannah Montana and are members of DMR, check your e-mails. I just got one today from DMR and there are two coupons: Save $5 on the DVD, and save $10 on the Blu-Ray.

WOW! My Ponyo stubs which I mailed on Saturday posted today. That's an all time fast record 4 days. Usually takes 2-3 weeks (although once or twice it only took about 10 days). I'm going for the Poppins Lenox sculpture. All of the WDCC ones that I want I have and they never seem to add any more.

I just ordered my free birthday Blu-Ray. So my first offical Blu-Ray disc will be National Treasure. I don't have the equipment yet to play Blu, so Nic Cage is going to be sitting on my shelf for a while yet.

I was wondering about those dvds (Howl's Moving Castle and the other "disney" anime titles) ... not on the offical list but they have them in the missing code request

where did you get the dvd at? best buy? target?

Of the 3 DVDs I've ordered, I haven't gotten any points. It might be a Canada/US thing. Our DVDs come from the Canadian distributor so that might be why they don't have points.

Just wanted to let everyone know that none of the three Mighty Ducks movies contained DMR points.

Also, is Something Wicked This Way Comes a good movie to order, since I have never seen it before, but love Ray Bradbury?
