I've finally got Tiny Toons on dvd Took forever and day though. Freakazoid can wait though until it comes down in price, 30$ is too much especially for a show I don't really remember too well or if I even liked it enough to warrant buying it.

I bought Freakazoid for $20 at Target not on release week. You should check that out if you want it.
