I just noticed something...THX isn't listed on the back. Even though Disney has given that up, I was hoping Pixar would continue it for their movies.

This release really doesn't feel worth my money now.

That's a pretty shallow reason to avoid the DVD. THX-certification simply means it's up to the standards of the THX company; they never actively were involved in transfers except for the sound design of Pixar films. All the Disney DVDs of the past two years or so have lacked THX certification except for Cars, I think. Did you think any of those non-Cars titles looked crappy? Did you avoid them all? THX certification doesn't mean much, anyway. They've certified transfers as up to their standards in the past that actually haven't been so great.

I just assumed that THX certified things were the only good movies with the best sound and picture in the business. I mean, Pixar used to animate the man fixing the logo in the beginning and that just showed how much they respected it. Sorry for the inappropriate comment. This whole time I covered up my true feelings about them giving us an empty release compared to the previous ones. That when I started watching them a few days ago, I couldn't keep it inside of me anymore.
