I watched the trailer this morning. I <3 when Remy's in the jar...that's adorable. I'm anticipating "Meet the Robinsons" and "Enchanted" more, but I know I'll love this. And, I agree with dvdjunkie- "Cars" has been my favorite Pixar movie so far.

I think they singled out "By the director of 'The Incredibles'" because it's Brad Bird's second Pixar film...he has a large following, so it makes sense to single him out.

I was at Best Buy yesterday, in the Disney section, and (besides moving the "Shrek 2" DVDs away from the Disney section [who made that mistake?!?]), I saw that the "Valiant" DVD has a banner across the top saying "From the creators of 'Shrek' and 'Shrek 2'". That made me so sad...it's a Disney movie, for crying out loud! I know that it wasn't made by Disney, but they released it! Why mention anything about a DreamWorks film? :x

But, "Ratatouille" looks really funny and cute, and I'll see it when it comes out.

The new trailer looks really great. It is nice to get a visual of what the storyline is going to be.

Great trailer...but I got to stop watching it over and over. I'm hoping the trailer is just the basics of the plot and didn't include everything that will make the film great, I'd like to be surprised. I can't wait to hear Giacchino's score for this film. The part where they scroll down the menu with all of Pixar's previous works, I really like that tune there.

Wow, what an excellent trailer! If it's any indication of what's come to come, this may be the best Pixar film in years (which is saying something). I like the fact that the chef doesn't understand Remy. It gives the relationship a different dynamic than if both characters could exchange dialogue with each other. It's like the chef views Remy as a pet, and yet Remy views the chef as his pet, too. I love the music used in the trailer and hope the final film's soundtrack is done in that style. This looks like it could be the most sophisticated Pixar film, yet. Bring it on. :D

I need help, does anyone know the name of the song played in the trailer? If there's more than one, I'm talking about the part where they show the menu with a listing of Pixar's movies. Thanks!

Is it my imagination, or, is the chef that yells, "Rat!", then asks, "Do you know what would happen if anyone knew we had a rat in our kitchen? Go, take it away from here, garbage boy!", voiced by Brad Bird? It sure sounded like him. It had a little Edna Mode in it. I'm curious to know.
It's not Brad Bird, it's Ian Holm.

I just came from Yahoo Movies, where I was viewing the teaser trailer for the Rob Zombie version of Halloween, and I came across a new behind the scenes clip for Ratatouille! It looks great! I just can't wait to see this movie!

Enjoy!

I still have yet to see "Meet the Robinsons" but I plan on going soon. Can anyone tell me if there is a trailer for Ratatouille?

This trailer really impressed me! Honestly, the trailer they released about a year ago had me confused and wasn't really that funny. It looks visually stunning! I also like how Remy can't verbally communicate with the red-haired guy (or so it seems). I'm sooooo excited for this.
