By the way, Nick Bryant, I don't think you should have revealed your future avatars just yet.

Fidget1234, I really liked your latest animated avatars. Even Enchantress has some really pretty ones.

thanks- but keep in mind, they arent my work. a friend sent me the Kuzco avatar, and the jack/rum came from myspacenow.com

I love your future avatar w/ the DANCE W/ME princesses Merman!!
And also really like your winter avatar w/ the mickey crew
and the latest one w/ Ariel swimming w/ JAWS...

Does that not remind anyone else of a sort of recent Family Guy episode where the JAWS shark was talking w/ that rambling wussy voice??

Wow, I've had so many that I don't think I could begin to recover them all. This is, however, a good idea, and I will post those that are still on my computer:

 I actually used it twice, around the time of the reduction of avatar sizes, I believed, thus the slight difference. Counting thost two plus the CCM Magazine cover and my current avatar, that one's been used 4 times. :o It's probably my all-time favorite picture of her. :D

Great idea!

An avatar library of sorts. when we had to vote on "best avatar" for the awards I couldn't think of the avatars people had. Perhaps if people can post their avatars here as they retire them, this thread can be very useful around the time of the awards.... esp. if you guys can remember to post the dates the avatars were used.

I've only had 3 that I can think of (and that includes the current one of Doc Hudson from Cars). Nothing memorable enough to post. :D

I decided to do something a little different. . . a rotating avatar that randomly displays one of 28 separate pics. Here they all are in one lump:

Image

They are all my artwork except the last two; the one of KP and Ron kissing was originally a screen cap I cleaned up and modified, and the last was a gift from a friend that I added color to (he was kind enough to draw my characters in his style for me). :)

Anyway, I don't think I'll have to change my avatar for a while now that it'll do it on its own.

Wow! Gorgeous avatars enigmawing!

These are my latest avatars:

Fantasia Frost Fairies Avatar:

Image

I made this one myself, and I had a much more elaborate version, but it had such great file size that I couldn't even host it on Village Photos.com. I had this for a couple of days, but then dumped it for the Rapunzel Avatar. Maybe I'll put it on again in the future.

Blinking Rapunzel Avatar:

Image

I also made this myself. I animated Rapunzel's eyelids frame by frame on Microsoft Paint. However, I can't decide whether it looks good or bad. I wonder if you UDers like it? :D

What bothers me most is that when converting each frame to GIF format (on Paint), it becomes murky and grainy and not at all like the original image. :( Rapunzel's skin looks all cross-hatched.

Thanks memnv! Darkwing still remains one of my favorite characters. :D

Julian- thanks! I like your Rapunzel avatar, but I see what you mean about the cross-hatching. I'm not sure how your animation program works. . . how many frames you got there? If you post them or link them individually here in the .jpg or .png format I may be able to give it shot with my program. Let me know, ok? :)
