Aladdin's mastery tackles and pins Ursula's voice-capturing!
I screamed "Woah, that's hot!" as soon as I saw your image of Ursula. That's got to be my favorite scene in The Little Mermaid and you captured it so nicely! The evil ecstasy of the sea witch as she begins her plan! The power of the scene is also present. I really like the wavey background, showing the violent, churning force of Ursula's spell. All your work is excellent and this is one of the best!Aladdin from Agrabah wrote:Here's my last drawing, my most favourite villainess of all time;

Waiting for comments!
But did you say this was your last drawing? You're not stopping here, are you? More will come later, right? If you're taking a break that's fine, but I'd like to see more in the future!

Again guys, I want to thank you all so much for your kind words, I'm overwhelmed! Disney Duster, no, I'm not stopping -I just meant that it was my latest drawing. I can tell you though that after the 20th of July I'll be leaving for a whole month for vacation and there will be no computers in that place! But as far as I'm healthy, I ve'got time to do it and this thread remains open, I think it will always be updated in the future- after my holidays end of course!

Aurora changes clothes?!
Wow, that is on-model and amazing! It's nice to see a very original outfit made for her instead of just her same outfit recolored or something. You keep impressing us picture after picture! The fairies in their ball of light forms was a very nice touch. And you paid so much attention to getting the background right to look like it was from the film! You always do...how do you do it?!

I am very glad that you guys liked the Aurora drawing!! I'm usually scared of drawing characters that come from Walt Disney's early masterpieces because they're characters designed by legends such as Marc Davis who was Aurora's animator- and he also was one of the nine old men, wasn't he? So I believe any drawer should respect those characters very much. With the new outfit I tried to point out the upcoming Aurora direct-to-video story, although I don't know if they're gonna give her a new outfit.
Julian Carter, your comment made me blush, thank you!
Crunkcourt, all these years I've been drawing with pencil, it's only the last 4 years that I found out I could do it with the Microsoft paint. If I only had a Wacom tablet!... I could combine the pencil's smooth lines with the computer's vibrant colours!

Yes, Marc Davis was one of the 9 Old Men. He also animated Maleficent, so you've re-created 2 Marc Davis characters! And extremely well I might add.Aladdin from Agrabah wrote:I'm usually scared of drawing characters that come from Walt Disney's early masterpieces because they're characters designed by legends such as Marc Davis who was Aurora's animator- and he also was one of the nine old men, wasn't he?!

oooooh I like TSoD's request! Can't wait to see him with some clothes on! Lol!
I'm crying because Aladdin from Agrabah is stuck at home with Microsoft Paint and not working at Disney with their new computer animation equipment. In other words...again GREAT WORK, AFA!!!!!!!!!
I'm still taken away with your talent with each picture! Thank you so much for the Mulan it was terrific and the villains are AWESOME! I'm saving all the pictures because they're just that cool!
I hate to add to the workload, but I'd still like to see my other request of Wendy Darling and Alice having tea, hehehe, since they are both Kathy Beaumont. It's okay if you don't want to do it, but I hope you have fun doing all of them!
We should make a UD gallery of UD member fan art!!!

Kram Nebuer, thanks for your comments and I'm glad you liked Mulan and everything! As for Alice and Wendy, it's not that I don't wanna draw them, it's just that a picture that combines two diferrent characters -and a background of course- needs three or more days to be finished completely and since you gave me the chance to choose between Mulan and Alice&Wendy, I chose the one that would allow me to also take requests from other people too, in order to be fair with everybody. I would really like to start drawing your picture by now, but, as I've said already, I'm leaving for vacation on Thursday- which means no computers, just the sea and me!!
- and I'm pretty sure that it just won't be finished by then. And if it is, it won't be as good as I would like it to be, because I would have to make it really quickly! I can promise you though, that your picture will be waiting for you on September, when I come back. I'm really sorry for the delay and thank you very much for your understanding and support!

Hehehe, Triton looks so different with clothes on and no crown!! He looks like a really buff Santa Claus on vacation!
Good job, AfA, as always!
If anything I feel terrible for being selfish and demanding artwork! Please take your time. I don't want to make your hobby into work. It doesn't matter that it is completed right away, but I'm glad you do want to do it. That's the important part. I apologize if I seemed pushy or anything. Please please please take your time and thank you for being fair to everyone else.
I hope you have fun on your sea vacation! Hehehe, it's a great way to prepare for The Little Mermaid PE DVD!
