Rene is a big loss, the others arent. John Larroquette is a big pick up though.

I've only seen a couple of his eps from his Days run, but I always thought he was a worthy successor to Matt Ashford. He gave Jack a more serious side, as opposed to Ashford's more comical tone. Shame that he got replaced by Steve Wilder. *shudders*
