That's terrible if true.

Haven't the very stars and men you look up to said that or something equivalent to their fellow man? To their friends, female or male? Well, not the certain hateful "life isn't sacred" ones, but you know, the other ones, or maybe even all of them, too.

Well he was the King of Pop- he could get away with it.

I think (John Landis was the director, so it's intentional) that they were trying to say he was really getting into the movie since they cut to him from a shot of his date looking terrified and wanting to get the hell out of there asap.

Actually, it can be extended further:

Amy: ALL THINGS THAT ARE DISNEY SUCK! THEY SUCK SO MUCH, I CAN'T BELIEVE ANYONE LIKES THEM! I WOULD RATHER BE DEAD THAN WATCH ANYTHING MADE WITH THE DISNEY NAME!!!!
