Oh my God, that was awesome! They're bringing Periwinkle and the other snow and frost fairies back! And is that the crocodile from 'Peter Pan'? It would be nice to see the mermaids at some point too! And it's only two months away! Thank you for posting this!

Has Legend of the Neverbeast been cancelled? If not, then you get at least one more! I guess I'm kind of indifferent about the decision to stop making more. I like the films, but I just don't love them. Not sure that I can articulate why . . . they are well made but I just don't find myself that engaged when watching them.

No, it's still on! And I still think 'Tinker Bell and the Pirate Fairy' may change their minds about ending the franchise there.

Sotiris, you're here ! Missed your thoughts and posts.

I know RyGuy, but it still just makes me so sad. I would just like them to keep on going now the series is really hitting it's stride. I knew I liked them, and loved the series, but didn't realise quite how much until it was called to a halt. Really look forward to them each year!

In the cinema this weekend there were LOADS of promotional items up for this film ! The French poster was on display, and as a standee as well, along with character standees of the Fairies grouped together dotted about the place, with the tagline 'Setting Sail February 2014'.

DisneyToon Studios releases rarely get theatrical releases in the US, though from time to time some of them might get a short release at El Capitan.

Exceptions that I can think of were DuckTales, A Goofy Movie, The Tigger Movie, Return to Neverland, The Jungle Book 2 (I think), Teacher's Pet and most recently, Planes. There may be a few more I'm not thinking of.

Love love love love LOVE IT !!

Interesting tagline, 'From the world of Peter Pan' as well. Quite fascinating to see how far the posters have come with regards to the first one.

I though it was announced that this one was getting a Planes - type cinema release in America ?

It's more likely a cameo of Tick-Tock the Crocodile.

Did you take any pictures?

There was also Recess: School's Out, Doug's 1st Movie, Piglet's Big Movie, and Pooh's Heffalump Movie.

Yes, it looks they want to emphasize the connection to the original film.

It was never announced. There were some rumors but apparently they weren't true. Still, if any Tinker Bell film can save the series, it's this one. With the pirate theme to attract more boys (I'm sure the marketing will focus on them), the connection to the original with Captain Hook, and with Tom Hiddleston's popularity (almost every comment online about the film concerns Hiddleston; most people will go watch it just for that), it's bound to outgross the previous installments and save the film series. If it doesn't, I highly doubt the more conventional Legend of the Never Beast can.

I couldn't agree more with you. And thank you for posting the new poster. It's wonderful.
