When a reward goes to CURRENTLY NONE AVAILABLE, do they usually come back? Or are they gone for good?

Has anyone received the Hannah Montana or High School Musical TVs? After reading about the BluRay player, I'm a little worried on the other high end items?

Thanks for any input, Paul[/b]

It really aggravates me how, when rewards are no longer available, they remain on the list, anyway. I was saving up for the statue that shows Classic Pooh and Disney Pooh reading together, but it's no longer available. I keep having to see it, though, everytime I go on the site. It's like Disney's saying, "Haha, look what you couldn't get in time!" I was also saving up for DisneyStore gift cards (you were allowed to redeen your points for four cards, each of which was worth 10 bucks), but those are gone, too. There's little else I'm really interested in that's not insanely out of my reach points-wise (I've already spent my points on DuckTales: The Movie and The Reluctant Dragon). Hopefully Disney will add some worthwhile stuff before this ends in June.

The website says, "Codes must be entered by 1/31/09 and points redeemed by 2/28/09". I'm hoping the program has been a success and they will continue with it. I've been saving mine up as well, hoping they will continue to add decent prizes. I haven't redeemed any of my points yet and I am just shy of 4,000 points.

Actually, it's been extended. The back of The Aristocats DVD says, "Codes must be entered by 11:59 p.m. ET on 6/30/08, and points redeemed by 11:59 p.m. ET on 7/31/08." That means DVD releases like 101 Dalmatians and Enchanted and theatrical films like The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian can be used towards the total before it all ends.

That would be a costly mistake because those who want to buy the Prince Caspian DVD and any other DVDS this year that will be out by Christmas (such as the Wall*E one perhaps?) won't be able to earn points for the DVD. My narnia pendant was cheaply made and the chain broke after I had only worn it a few times. I'm trying to save up for Sleeping Beauty Lithographs or something like that, but I don't buy every cheap release (like Snow Buddiies) and I don't care for most of the DC Original Movies, and I don't have a Blu Ray player, so I lose out on a lot of points (since I've only done the movie ticket once and they were actually tickets from going to the movie with a friend of my mom's and her daughter). So, I hope they keep the program around for a long time, or at least offer more deals like the BONUS points that they did with THE GAME PLAN.
Disney Channel died when they stopped airing movies with Haley mills (Parent Trap and Pollyanna) and fun adventure movies like Swiss Family Robinson. R.I.P. the REAL Disney Channel. Date of Death: When the shows became teenie bopperish.

I think they will keep it going and as far as I know it for almost another year. Coke Rewards has done so well that now Pepsi has started their own rewards program. It must work and get people to purchase.

I wish the FAQ on the DMR site included how long it takes for rewards that are unavailable to be restocked. I'm checking practically every day to see if they restocked the reward I want redeem points for.

Wow, you guys have a LOT of points! I'd love to have that Blu-Ray player, but I only have 1400 points.

I really hope they keep the DMR going 'till 2009, because I have 5,000 points now and really want to redeem for the Blu-Ray Player!

I have been having disturbing difficulties with Disney Movie Rewards this week. I bought The Aristocats and Snow Dogs and attempted to sign on my name to earn my points(which I had 900), and it said that my user name AND password were invalid. I emailed them and they said to try regular internet explorer instead of mozilla firefox, so I did and it did the same.
I will be BEYOND pissed if they do not fix it. :x

Wow, that really sucks. However, I have had that problem at times, though it has been a really long time. Wait a couple days and try logging in again.

That's Odd because On back of the slip that came with The Aristocats DVD Says Valid to 1/31/09.....So perhaps the BVHE Rep could clue us in as to when it is ending for sure or what the current plans are as to when this will end... I am saving up for the 11,000 points TV since I already have a PS3 and don't need another Blu ray disc player

I like how the program has exclusive DVD's... Duck Tales for instance (not entirely exclusive because it's available through the movie club too... but close enough) I wish they would get more titles of DVD's though... some bigger titles would be nice... even if they are more points... I think a lot of people (including myself) would be interested.

I definitely wish that they offered non-exclusive DVDs. I mean, it's great that they and the DMC offer them, but I'd be more interested in many live-action features than the more obscure DVDs they're offering.
