@disneyboy: Hopefully you can get some help with your blood sugar and sleep. Even though weight loss can be a bad thing, on the bright side, it may be helping you at the same time? I have no idea. Good luck though.
This time at least I'm more healthy losing weight compared to a couple of years ago
I had the sleep study, and it was just to see how my sleep in general was, no mask yet. I'll be honest, that memory foam bed I slept in was hard as a rock and I woke up at 5 AM in pain. That was good because around that time the study was over. I'll hear back from the doctor I think either Thursday or Friday.
Also the doctor told me to go up on my insulin dose. At first the extra dose didn't seem to be doing anything. but then a couple times later when I checked it, the levels were lower than they had been since before April.
I had 7 epidurals in my spine over the course of 2012 and 2013, and I think it was those injections which contained steriods and other medicine which made my pre diabetes go into enough kick to drive it there. To be hones though, I'd take being diabetic than having agonizing back pain any day any time
Also I mentioned this in another thread, but I stopped by the DMV today and picked up a booklet to study to get my permit.
