My latest DVD is Alice in Wonderland: Masterpiece Edition, new, without the slipcover just so you know. I have only looked at disc 1 so far, so I've basically only watched the movie. The bonus features were a mixed bag. I loved the deleted Cheshire Cat song and the Mickey short was fun. I didn't watch anything else because it was just kid stuff. Now, on to disc 2....
I got three DVDs, one for watching and the rest for my birthday. Here's what I got:
Pocahontas - 10th Anniversary Edition
Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow (Widescreen)
Growing Up with Winnie the Pooh - Vol. 1: A Great Day of Discovery
I got Bewitched Season 1 ( black and white) the other day. And I've ordered Mulan and The Three Muskateers ( Mickey, Donald version) from bestbuy.com last night.
Let me see .... most recent purchases are: Peyton Place
Return to Peyton Place
Easter Parade
Dirty Dancing:Havana Nights
Raise Your Voice
The Karate Kid Collection
Matilda
Summer Magic
Just ordered Rescuers Down Under from play.com for £7.99. Its been at this price for a couple of weeks now but its never been and stock and i've been holding off buying it until its in stock. But i figured id best get it incase they bump the price up. Im hoping its back in stock anyday now as i cant wait to watch it!
Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle - I finally got it! What makes me angry though is that I got it used at Blockbuster for $16.99. I was happy at first since that was a great price because everywhere I went the movie was $27.99 and above but then it went ons ale and now Is ee it for $18.99 and up new. What luck I have.
Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow - I really like the movie but I never wanted to buy a new copy so I got it used at Blockbuster for a good price.
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh: 25th Anniversary Edition
We were at Best Buy today, and we rarely go there so I wanted to make this trip count. I was originally looking for Case Closed/Detective Conan DVDs, but they had none and that's when I saw TMAoWtP. There were only two copies left, and I never see this anywhere else, so needless to say, I got it on impulse. This is the 10th official Disney classic I have on DVD, woot.
