No press release yet, but there's a not particularly elucidating fact sheet that was issued. It's not worth posting in full really, since it's vague and apparently marked by errors like this:

Maybe we can put more stock in what looks correct here...

Those are basically just the "Easy Find" headers, so we knew more before this. Still, passing this along though not 'reporting' it the way I'm sure other sites will.
