Yes, there is a sense to her earlier work that is less "fun." Not that that equals "bad," I love those songs in their own way. My favorites from MIAM:TEC are definitely "Make It Look Good," "Thirsty," "Camouflage," "#Beautiful," "It's a Wrap," and "The Art of Letting Go."
I feel the same way, although I have to say I LOVE Mary J. Blige's portion of "It's a Wrap."I would have rather seen "Triumphant" and "Almost Home" in place of the two remixes.
