I think Wondy was being sarcastic because he thinks we see too much of the prince on the cover. ;)

Reviewers have complained about the stupid games but that didn't do much
Reviewers may complain, yes, but as a reviewer, I know that we get our discs for free (for the most part), so we aren't really going to be the ones making the most difference. It is the consumer - and their wallets - who have the strongest say.

Cinderella is fullscreen, that´s the original aspect ratio; the first widescreen disney animated feature was Lady and the Tramp

I´ve read somewhere it will include a spanish track, it would be wonderful if this is the original one, cause the new one is terrible.... but I´m sure it wont, since sleeping beauty had the new bad spanish dubbing :(

Wow, that's a lot of discussion over the cover! After looking at saving107's comparison, I must say that the revised version does look A LOT better. Though if we are stuck with Cinderella and the Prince dancing, it looks more...politically correct the way it is. If Cinderella was on the other side, it would kind of look like she was leading the waltz, and what would good would that do for the previously feminime looking prince?

Anyhow, I would prefer a cover with just Cinderella, the mice, and the coach, since that's really what the movie is all about. Having the prince on the cover is rather misleading. In the Rodger's and Hammerstein version of Cinderella, the Prince is one of the major roles. A lot of people know that version and have seen the Lesley Ann Warren or Brandy versions and may get them confused with the classic Disney version. Or maybe I'm thinking too deeply about this, lol.

Another thing was about the new voices in the trailer. Disney does this all the time for VHS trailers. Relax. Disney didn't rerecord the voices for the movies. I remember the Snow White trailer when it was first put on VHS and I recognized the voices were different (especially when Grumpy says "Mush!" when he's standing in the dark corner). Even in the first Bambi DVD trailers on the Aladdin DVD and Mulan II DVD, the voices sound rerecorded and different. Heck, on the 1986 Song of the South Theatrical Rerelease trailer, they recorded Zip-a-dee-doo-dah AND some of the dialogue!

DVDAnswers has high-res artwork up:

Hopefully this means an official press release with more detailed specs isn't too far off.

Oooh, that's really beautiful! Does anyone else find it strange that we still haven't gotten a press release for this, yet? I wanna know what else is on that disc besides what was leaked out at that DVD store...

Wow! The Gift set looks awesome!! But like saving107 pointed out, there is no slipper behind the title anymore.
Hopefully when it gets released it will be there because I think it looks better with the slipper.
