I think it's cute, since back in the day, they used to accidentally make red Huckleberry Hound merchandise. But all these other colors? As a big Huck fan, color me intrigued.
Light Blue is regular release.
Dark Blue was a SDCC exclusive LE of 480
The rest were Fundays exclusives LE of 24 each

Has everyone seen these yet?

I'm assuming they're going to be part of the next Disney 'Wave.' I really hope Hunchback and Hercules aren't too far behind...

Ooh, and I finally got my first POP! It isn't Disney, but a friend of mine purchased the Hannibal Lecter POP for me as a gift. I'm quite enamored with him. The Thomas Harris novels are a huge part of my life (being a big influence on my own writing and my favorite series) and The Silence of the Lambs is my favorite film, so, it seems oddly fitting that Hannibal would end up being my first. I'm still determined to get Jafar & Scar, too, at least. I'm just having a hard time right now justifying buying toys when I don't technically have a job. Or finances. Sigh... The joys of adulthood. I wish they would pop up on Disney Movie Rewards. That would make things a lot easier...

It's unfortunate that when they decide to release a huge load of POP's, they're 90% for movies I don't have much interest for. :/

I really like Lilo & Stitch, but even if I had the money, I probably wouldn't get these. I'm trying to stick to characters who really mean a lot to me. So, characters like Jafar, Scar, Ursula, etc., are the only ones I'd really even consider. (And MAYBE characters like Timothy Mouse and Basil and the Hunchback and Hercules cast if THEY were made...)

I'd consider Stitch, but why oh why did they have to make a Scrump Pop?

It's such an ugly little doll...

Because some people actually like Scrump more than stitch....

I've been hearing rumors of a 6" Marshmallow, Coronation Anna and Elsa, and Hans.
Anyone has any info?

I haven't heard anything about that, but I hope it's true. I would get all 4--the only Frozen POP I've bought so far is the Frozen Heart Anna one, just because it was an exclusive (and because it looks better than the the rest).

Tell me about it. It was very clear that they rushed these pops out as soon as they could. They missed out on some pretty exciting variant opportunities. And how they managed to overlook the mismatched pattern on Anna's skirt is beyond me.

I honestly felt so bad buying them, but I couldn't let them go.
I actually bought the Comic-Con Exclusive Elsa from Barnes and Noble and she wasn't cheap. The reason why I bought her so fast was because I knew she was going to sell out fast. But When I saw her in person, I couldn't believe what I had just spent my money on. A disappointment indeed.

Wha, buh, how?

Jumba, Pleakley, and Gantu, I understand completely. But there are actually people who like that horrific little voodoo doll?

Yep. Scrump is especially popular in Japan.
I actually like the look of the doll.

I'm surprised. It is kind of cute, I guess?

Btw, I just ordered Scar and Peasant Belle. I wonder what's happened to Mrs. Potts/Chips? Did it sell out or something (that kind of surprises me, even though it's very cute)? It's the only other one I would've ordered right now. :(

For Gaston fans, I'm guessing they'll eventually have one final B&tB release that includes any combination of Gaston, Maurice, LeFou, the Wardrobe, Human Beast, or Human Lumiere/Potts/Cogsworth (I doubt we'll get these--Beast's human form is likely though, imo). I have to admit, Gaston would be last on my list as far as B&tB characters, so I'm not too surprised he'll be saved for later.

I just hope they eventually get back around to TLM and Cinderella. :/ I don't really want Sebastian, Scuttle, Flounder, or the mice; animals are hit and miss with this style for me (I love Pooh, Dumbo, and Scar, for instance, but hate the Cheshire Cat and Bambi POPs). King Triton, Eric, Work Cinderella, Blue Dress Ariel, Prince Charming, and Tremaine are musts, but I would LOVE Ursula with the trident/crown, Vanessa, and wedding Cinderella. I wouldn't mind Grimsby, Carlotta, Louie, the stepsisters, the Fairy Godmother, the Grand Duke, or the King either, but I doubt they would be a priority. :p

I expect to see another Aladdin and TLK set before it though. *sigh* A set of Aladdin, Prince Ali, Wedding Jasmine & Aladdin, or Slave Jasmine would be nice, although I'm guessing Abu, Rajah, Genie Jafar, and the Sultan will show up first. I know it's fat chance, but I would love a version of Jafar in the white Sultan clothes he had for a moment in the film (my favorite version of Jafar, except for maybe Snake Jafar). I hope an adult Simba looks better than the young one; I'd like a Simba POP to go with Scar. I hope they get Mufasa perfect at least.

Sorry to double post, just wanted to say that pictures of the Jungle Book and Robin Hood figures have been posted here.

Overall, I'd say the entire TJB line has turned out bad. I was expecting to buy Kaa, but even he didn't turn out that good to me; Shere Kahn looks like Bob Hope. I have to say that the RH figures have turned out SOOO much better than I expected--definitely might pick them up now.

Shere Khan looks like a kitty. I think I watched some of that Jungle Cubs show sparingly, but I don't think he even looked that cutesy back then, if he was even on it. Not a great fit, IMO.

But Robin Hood looks great! If I was a bigger fan, I'd consider getting him.

Also, there's currently a deal on funko pop at Barnes & Noble, which I lucked up on when I went to get Mrs. Potts today. It's a buy one, get one 75% off deal. I got Cogsworth for that reason alone, since I hadn't planned to get him before.

Now I wish I had waited to buy Belle in-store, so I could've just got Lumiere with the deal for completion's sake. (And maybe Simba with Scar.) Oh, well, just grateful I stumbled on that deal at the right time. :)

I think you guys are too hard on Shere Khan... I'm sure he'll look better when his head is turned to match the concept art. I find myself wanting him. Sir Hiss is fantastic. I'm a fan of the character as it is, but his design is killer. Prince John doesn't wow me. Kaa is fine. I'm just not crazy about Kaa as a character, though.

And do you now for how long this Buy One, Get One 75% Off sale lasts, Divinity?

I think shere khan looks fine.. The only problem I have with him are the eyes. His eyes are too big (the black part)..
And his facial expression. God I hate it when Shere Khan merchandise have him being angry.... HE IS NOT ANGRY IN THE MOVIE!!! He's so graceful and well kept in the movie with the kind of sick/evil happy expression that frightens people.

Kaa's head is a bit too big..

But where's Bagheera? Why not release him too?

Sir Hiss' cape is awesome. I think he's my favorite figure from the Robin Hood series.
I like Robin Hood, but not sure it'll be enough for me to buy him. I'd rather get the vinylmation instead.

Now going off topic, disney wise..
Did you guys see the Smaug funko pop?
Wow! What a disappointment!
The eyes are creepy! They really need to tone down on the eyes. His concept art looked fantastic!
And they did kinda use it for the chase figure, but they ruined it by changing the shape of the back irises.

Will try to get both though... He's my favorite dragon.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's just the next 2-3 days. I was reading on the funko pop forum that it's a store-by-store thing apparently. I'm just glad mine is a part of the sale. :D If you don't want to waste a trip, you could always call and ask to make sure before going. :)

@taei: I'm surprised they haven't made Bagheera either, since he was always my favorite character from that movie. I wonder if they'll have one final set in the future with Bagheera, Colonel Hathi, Winifred, and the child elephant (or substitute one of the vultures)?

And, yes, I thought Smaug was disappointing, too (even though I'm not buying non-Disney pops, yet anyway).

I only have two Barnes & Noble stores near me... I called them both and neither are having the sale. Well, one is, but only for Domo POPS (and who the hell wants THOSE?). I'm bummed. Ah, well. Some other time.
