CSI the Complete Second Season - really liked rewatching it even though I had seen several. The stories seem more obvious and it is more character driven now, liked the older shows better.

watched more Animaniacs and I still need to watch 3 or 2 more discs until I'm done. I sometimes skip the cartoons I don't like.

Just finished "JAG - the First Season" and enjoyed every minute of it. I am sad that they only showed part one of "Skeleton Crew", but they will probably put Part Two on the Second Season as a bonus episode (hopefully!).

The Golden Girls: Series 1

I know Aaron's been itching to know how I found it, so...

Whilst there were a few shaky moments in the series, and viewing all the episodes close together led to a sense of repetition towards the 4 disc which seemed to be a chore to get through. On the whole though, I enjoyed watching it! Lots of funny lines, love the sarcastic comments from both Dorothy and sophia. So did I like it? Let me put it this way, I've got S2 on order! ;)

Just finishing up Freaks and Geeks, which only took me over a month of renting over and over again at Hollywood video. It's too bad that it only lasted one season, it was a very good show. Makes you miss the 80's. I just love Bill.

yay for that 70s show :D just finishing season 1. Actually I just got into the show in the past year. I've been able to catch up on all the re-runs. But they don't show many from season 1, so I wanted to check out how it all started. Its quite entertaining...

Little Britain: Series 2 - Being a big fan of the first series, I was kind of disappointed with this follow-up. What made the first series so much fun was the variety and the constant flow of comedy from different directions. Unfortunately, Series 2 lost some funny characters, added some not-so-funny ones (the woman who vomits impossible amounts lost its humor after one appearance, "Bubbles" didn't even have that much), and didn't really take all the existing characters in too entertaining a direction. Emily Howard getting the mustachioed girlfriend and lessening the illusion? Bad. At least Lou and Andy are still good for some big laughs, but the repetitive nature of the sketches seemed even more deterrent here than it did in Series 1 (though it was present). Plus, everything just got so much more racy than needed. I can understand pushing the envelope and all, and Series 1 was no family-friendly outing, but I just don't think the shock value added anything to the laugh quotient.

So, in short, not terrible, but definitely a disappointment after Series 1.
