Pretty much, except "Amnesia" is for Japan only (I think) and "Rock Me In" and "Phonography" are only included on the deluxe edition of the album but not the standard.

I'm disappointed that the album leaked so soon! But I guess it was going to happen...Can't wait for December 2nd! There will be a song called "Trouble" as a bonus to those who pre-order on iTunes.
The tour is going to HOT also!
"I'm the man who keeps it spinnin' round - Mr. Corny Collins with the latest, greatest, Baltimore sound!" - Corny Collins (Hairspray).
There's also another song called "Trouble" which is an iTunes pre-order bonus track and "Quicksand" which is a European iTunes Deluxe bonus track. Therefore, I'm gonna have to download from iTunes as well to get those tracks, seeing as they're not gonna be on the album (it would be so much easier if they were though).

Same. I listened to the album 2 times already (according to my iTunes counter), and it's great. I'm probably going to buy it after Christmas (with the money I get), and I will be getting the Deluxe Edition for the bonus DVD and bonus tracks, which I haven't heard yet (well, I haven't heard "Quicksand" and "Trouble", although they're not gonna be on the Deluxe Edition at all ). I can't really decide if I like this one or Blackout better. I guess they're different in their own ways because Blackout is all dance, which is good, but the ballads on Circus are good also. I'm sure as I listen to the album more my opinion will change many times.
Here are a couple new songs ("Quicksand" and "Dirty Rock" (?)- they're great, especially "Quicksand"!), and a commercial for the November 30th premiere of the MTV documentary "For the Record":

You beat me to it
I'm having Britney overload here - seriously it hasn't been like this since 2004! and now I know the tour is going to be announced soon - it's just...TOO MUCH! I love it - but WOW!

Yeah, definitely get the deluxe edition - it looks like it's worth the money - if not for the DVD alone.

Talk about a turnaround — Britney Spears started 2008 barricaded inside her L.A. home with her son while the police and ambulances waited outside. And now, less than 11 months later, she's got a hit single, an album ready to drop in two weeks, a 2009 tour in the works, and OK! has just confirmed that she'll be taking part in one the biggest annual Yuletide tradition: the lighting of the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree!
Sources close to the pop superstar confirm to OK! that on Dec. 3, the day after she turns 27 and her new album, Circus, hits record stores, Britney will be in the Big Apple for the 76th annual tree-lighting extravaganza. What's still unclear is whether or not she'll be performing at the ceremony, or just hanging out with host Al Roker for the NBC broadcast of the event.
If Britney does perform, this could be her first live performance of her own songs since the 2007 Video Music Awards, where a dazed Brit slouched through a half-hearted production of her single, "Gimme More."
The recently reformed singer did step out onto stage on Nov. 6, when she made a cameo appearance at Madonna's concert at L.A.'s Dodgers Stadium. The mother of two and the Material Girl sang a duet of Madge's hit, "Human Nature."
To check out the tree-lighting ceremony for yourself, tune into NBC on Dec. 3 at 8 p.m. ET.
"Amnesia" won't just be for Japan after all. I found out that it will be a bonus track on the UK Deluxe edition of Circus too, along with "Rock Me In" and "Phonography" that is.
