The collaboration of Stephen Poliakoff and Adrian Johnston is one of the most successful and remarkable of recent years between a director and composer. Building on the success of Shooting the Past, Perfect Strangers and the Emmy Award winning The Lost Prince come their most ambitious, colourful and epic soundtracks to date.
Poliakoff's new films Friends and Crocodiles and Gideon's Daughter are wonderfully vivid stories set in Britain's recent past. Adrian Johnston has written two exceptionally memorable scores for these films bursting with haunting themes and exquisite lyricism.
Well, the highlight of my record buying calender is here.

I got Rebel Meets Rebel, it's a pretty rocking album. It's basically Pantera except David Allan Coe is the vocals. It took them a long time to release it too because Dimebag Darrell died I guess they wanted to wait.
