How much is it at Target, Satoshi?Satoshi wrote:Star Wars Trilogy at Target. Yay!
Haven't watched anything yet, but tonight I'm going to watch A New Hope and possibly Empire of Dreams.
If I ever get the Trilogy, I'll probably just watch Empire Strikes Back as it's my favorite of the three.

You really like Empire that much more than the other two that you won't watch them?Escapay wrote:If I ever get the Trilogy, I'll probably just watch Empire Strikes Back as it's my favorite of the three.
Anywho, Amazon shipped my Trilogy from last night or this morning, which is good. I ordered it in March and they were telling me I'd have to wait until October to receive it. But it looks like I'll have it by the weekend. Of course, this weekend will probably have to be devoted to Aladdin. But then, Star Wars will just have to wait, I imagine!

Oh, I like all three, but I enjoy Empire much more, that I'd probably prefer watching that on DVD, while the P&S Videos from 1997 are fine for the other two.Luke wrote:You really like Empire that much more than the other two that you won't watch them?Escapay wrote:If I ever get the Trilogy, I'll probably just watch Empire Strikes Back as it's my favorite of the three.
I wish they were released separately like the two prequels were and like the Star Trek movies, then put in a 6-disc box set rather than the three movies and one bonus disc. That way, I could just get Empire.

Ah! Prince Phillip must shop at Sam's Club like me!
Yesterday I went to Sam's Club and me and my parents just had a fit. $611.43 in clothes, food, vacation supplies, and DVD's, which consisted of the Star Wars Trilogy, plus two Disney DVD 2-Packs consisting of Cool Runnings and all three Mighty Ducks films. Not a fan of D3, but had to get it with Cool Runnings, my favorite live action Disney film from the 90's, and since I was getting D3, I got the other 2-Pack with Mighty Ducks and D2. Almost got that Mean Girls/ Clueless 2-Pack, but I've never seen either and decided I'll rent later on when we have money again.
This is the tale of how the Bowden clan went into bankruptcy.

After paying $42 for Star Wars at Best Buy, I found out that Sears had it for $35. Fantastic.
