How much notice do you get for a double points day? Is it plastered all over the website days in advance? This is the first year that I have been involved with DMR ans I want to take advantage of it.
Also, the first Fantasia $10.00 coupon was an "if you purchased a previous dvd release you can enter a code and get a coupon for the new one" deal that I printed weeks ago. I just noticed that it expires Dec. 4.
The current coupon on DMR is simply an "everyone print a coupon for the new release" deal and it expires Dec. 7. I went ahead and printed the current one just incase I don't make it to the store in time, but I can only use one of them, right?

Not sure about the double points day, as I am relatively new to DMR as well, but you can only use one $10 coupon per title, meaning you can't try to get $20 off one copy of the movie by using 2 coupons at once.bringtytlaback wrote:The current coupon on DMR is simply an "everyone print a coupon for the new release" deal and it expires Dec. 7. However, if you want to purchase a 2nd copy of the movie and use another coupon, you could probably do that, but you might need to go through the line twice or go to a different cashier, as I am not sure they would let you do that in one transaction.

Yeah I just saw that too! I need one more to qualify, its a shame they don't count Bluray you already have because I would have qualified the day this promotion started. I'm hoping they still have them throughout tomorrow, I can run to Best Buy, I need to get an old TV recycled anyway, and I can pick up A Bug's Life. Please 3D Bluray player, hold on for one more day!Barbossa wrote:You don't enter a code anymore, you just click a link.tlc38tlc38 wrote:Where exactly do you find the 5 point codes for ABC Family? I tried entering "deck the halls" and "fun with scrooge" and it didn't credit me. I also entered "paws" and it gave me some mp3 thing from Doug from Up.
I just logged into Facebook and noticed this message from the DMR page:So if you're thinking about getting the Blu-Ray player, act quickly.Going... going... almost gone! If you want to take advantage of the outstanding Sony Blu-ray Player Offer on Disney Movie Rewards, be sure to enter your qualifying Blu-ray Combo Pack Titles as soon as possible as quantities are limited and supplies are diminishing quickly.

It did. I think it's because the code is for today and the weekend, cause it says December 3-5. So that's why we have 15 points: there won't be any points during the weekend.jinkinquackers wrote:For those that entered the "25 Days of Christmas" code for today (12/3), did it actually give you 15 points? I thought each day was only going to be 5. Oh well, I'm not complaining; just wondered.

If you look on the "Scrooge" DMR graphic, notice it reads: "Your Dec. 3-5 Points."
That accounts for getting 15 points at one time today: no need for graphic and programming updates by the company over the weekend.

OH! Thanks for the explanations, SmartAleck25 and Mouseketodd! That actually makes a lot of sense and now I'm feeling quite silly that I didn't pay more attention to the graphic. lolMouseketodd wrote:If you look on the "Scrooge" DMR graphic, notice it reads: "Your Dec. 3-5 Points."

It's nice to get the 15 points in one fell swoop like that.
I finally redeemed some of my 4,500 points and took advantage of the points off deal and picked up the Chicken Little statue. At 2,400 points it wasn't on my radar but at a whopping 50% off it seemed like a steal at 1,200 points.
It seems I average one selection per year. First I got the Disneyland 50th Anniversary DVD set and than the Zorro box set. I sold Zorro when I found out the Treasures were coming. Now I'll be getting Chicken Little..
