Really? werid, sounds kinda sucks altought it can't be worse then The Lion King PE.KubrickFan wrote:Bad bonus features, for the most part. A too short making of featurette, the entire movie on disc 2, as a read-a-long (which could easily be put on disc 1, as a subtitle track). The best feature was the audio commentary, and that was ported over from laserdisc.Ariel'sprince wrote:Really? Peter Pan PE was bad?why? (anyway,i love that movie but Cinderella was going to be OOP soon so i deceided to buy Cinderella insted).
So maybe (and I really hope that's the case) I'm wrong, and this will be a big release, with long documentaries and an audio commentary. But I still have doubts, and those doubts will only be taken away when we finally get some news about the release.

It is certainly can be. Though The Lion King's Platium Edition is rather confusing and the bonus features are kind of all over the place, there is still a plethora of information and special features. Peter Pan, however, has a measly amount of bonus features and a very short making of featurette.Ariel'sprince wrote: Really? werid, sounds kinda sucks altought it can't be worse then The Lion King PE.

I agree!! This is like the first time (or maybe the second...not sure if Lion King had the trailer for Aladdin on the DVD set or not...) that the new Platinum doesn't have the trailer for the upcoming one!!!!Dottie wrote:It's gonna appear on youtube soon, I am sure, though it is ridiculous that it was not included on the JB PE.

As stated, hopefully it will be uploaded here on UD soon or Disney will open up the 101 Dalmatians website soon. (I have been keeping watch for when it will appear).

It won't be happening. Disney's already said that Sleeping Beauty will be the first Blu-Ray Platinum Edition.Jack Skellington wrote:I hope they'll say that it's coming on Blu-ray too, coz I was a little unhappy when I saw the Jungle Book on DVD after getting used to watching my favourite movies in all theyre 1080p glory !

Well maybe they just only confirmed Sleeping Beauty on Blu-ray, and the news site assumed that it was going to be the first release, or maybe you're right, but it would be really sad for me if I had to wait 7 or 10 years just to own it on Blu-ray !

Has ANYONE seen this trailer yet? I'm dying to hear about it (at the least!) and screen caps would be nice... I probably would rent this Hannah Montana DVD just so I could watch the preview, but I have better things to spend money on.

There’s new material coming soon from Drew Seeley. He’s been in the studio over the last week recording a song for the re-release of 101 Dalmations!
He'll probably be covering "Cruella De Vil". I mean, unless he covers "Dalmatian Plantation". Or "Kanine Krunchies". That I'd love to hear!

BTW, someone should e-mail tommy2.net because they misspelled dalmatians.
