I want the pin but the page is very busy and I predict it will be sold out by the time I am able to nab one.

I also experienced site issues when trying to redeem for the pin (a ton of people have), but the points have been deducted from my account and the pin shows up in my Points Redeemed history (without an Order Confirmation page), so here's hoping!

Edit: Just received an e-mail order confirmation. Sweet! Sure looks finalized to me!

Took me 25 minutes. Dozens of server errors, site crashes etc... JUST like last year but finally got through around 1:25 & got one. Haven't got the email confirmation yet but points were deducted & it's listed on my DMR page as a Prize redemption. You'd think after the 12 days of CHristmas fiasco last year they'd be better prepared to handle this. Amazon or any other etailer doesn't crash with bigger sales than this pin offer. DMR makes more enemies than fans when 1 in 50 or so actually get through to get one of these and the rest just keep trying till they're gone or just quit & are pissed off.

Tried ordering the pin, got to the confirmation page after you click your address, but my points were not reduced, does that mean I got it?

Said they were processing my order, but now it's out of stock.

If no points were deducted you probably didn't get it. Also it would be listed in your MYDMR section under points redeemed. Has anyone who got the pin offer to go through gotten their confirmation email yet? They usually come immediately but I got the pin ordered at 1:25 & it deducted the points & is listed as a redemption but 1 1/2 hours later no email confirmation. Wonder if they're all running behind.

Okay, my points were deducted, so I got one in time.

It also looks like the pin sold out. I do not see any information about it on the front page.

Ordered my pin early -- about five minutes past the hour, once I found it on the site -- and had a bit of slowness early on, but not as much difficulty as others reported. Only got the confirmation email just over two hours later, though.

The pin page is definitely gone now -- not just listed as out of stock, but pulled completely. The "click here" helper link that was added to the inbox message is gone, you can't search it anymore, and even the direct URL doesn't work now.

Noticed the Wreck-It Ralph alarm clock is now "quantities limited". I went ahead and ordered one. Will be interesting to get this as this will be my first non-DVD reward from DMR.

That clock will probably be gone by the time I get enough points, oh well. Does anyone know if it's battery operated? If it is then I wouldn't even want it. I don't see anything that shows a cord, but its hard to tell.

I'm pretty sure it's battery operated. I still have not taken mine out of the box. I'll have to take a few pictures of mine this week and post them on here through photobucket

Oh okay, thank you so much :)
I'm not getting it after all. Ugh too bad they got rid of Bolt. I still need that one.

Has anybody had trouble redeeming their $5 Disney Store Gift Card? I tried getting it today and it told me it was currently unavailable.

On another note,I also redeemed the Pixar lithographs without any trouble.

I was at work during the hours the pin was available. I checked around 6:30 in the morning right before I left and it wasn't available yet but by the time I got home from work (checked as soon as I got home), there were none left. Oh well, at least I now have those 600 points toward a nice sculpture. :)

Mine hasn't shipped yet! :( lol

I guess I was one of the lucky ones in the second batch! :D

That day was too much, I thought a riot was going to break out lol.
A lot of angry people that day!

I set my alarm to 12:58 and waited to get on the pin section and it was crazy. I got the pin within 45 minutes of trying. Thank God for my cell phone!
