I just hope Amazon doesn't take so long on this order. :p
Man has a dream
And that's the start
He follows his dream
With mind and heart
And when it becomes a reality
It's a dream come true
For you and me!

Does anyone know what Wal-Mart is selling TS & TS2 for?

If anything I'll plan on going on Monday during more like 4pm because thats when they have a "Spot" for it aka the price tag on the slot of the place where the movie will be...like it will probably say something like ts1blu or tyst1 blu

I also at this point plan on going at midnight to get it with the coupons...and also because for some reason they take the slipcovers off some times when putting the blu ray in the big security proof plastic case the store has....but I don't go as far as to say no slipcover no sale.....I want the discs the content....not the slipcover.....

I've become so lazy with Amazon Prime shipping that I haven't bought a DVD or Blu-Ray from a physical store since last summer. Also, I've come to discover that when it comes to pre-orders that amazon.com always seems to have the best deals anyways...unless Disney issues a $10 coupon or something.

We're so close to release date and some people on here have already gotten both sets.

But why has no one written a review yet? :?

Also do you guys worry that they may come out with a blu ray trilogy set in TS3 is released on BD?

A box set is inevitable. Look at the Bourne trilogy.

Anyway, some places have broken street date.

I'll probably end up getting the box set when it comes out, as long as it's not just a re-pack of all three movies (like PotC), but I'm glad they're releasing them individually, as I've said before, I like to put the Pixar movies in order of when they were released, having them in a set would screw that up lol.
But the thing that makes Woody special, is he'll never give up on you... ever. He'll be there for you, no matter what.

I was hoping for an UltimateDisney/DVDizzy review by about now. Unless the people who already got the sets are not the regular review writers on this site.

To be honest I could care less about a trilogy package. The stand alone releases are good enough for me.

Anyway, just found out that I'll have to go at leat a whole day until I can see these blu's myself, as I just ordered a blu-ray player yesterday but it wont get here til the 24th at the earliest.
I had a PS3 but...lets just say an incredible Hulk smashed it to a million pieces and Ive been without a blu ray player for the past few weeks.

As for a trilogy set, yeah thats inevitable. and chances are I'll be picking it up too, but might end up selling these upcoming editions so Im not wasting too much money doing it. and how soon I buy it will depend on what, if anything out side of new packaging would be added. I would hope there would be some new stuff to give people like me more incentive. maybe a poster or tin toy or 4th disc of bonus features or something. though at this point Im not sure theres anything left they could possibly give us, haha.

One thing new they could add are the upcoming Toy Story Toons that probably wont be ready in time for the initial TS3 release.

Ad scan is out for Target and the price isn't $19.99. Toy Story 1 and 2 will be $22.99. The $10 off if you buy both is still advertised. Free DVD game and movie cash for Toy Story 3 included in each Blu-ray.

I'm thinking that a PotC-esque package is probably what is going to happen. Disney probably isn't going to design a special box like they did for the original DVD release of the first two. They seem to enjoy housing trilogies in flimsy cardboard boxes a la Peter Pan, Little Mermaid, Lion King..etc

$21.99 each or $16.99 each if you buy both.

Also the Deals just got better!
According to a thread at Blu-ray.com's forums... Login into your Disney Movie Rewards account and enter the UPCs from the 10th Anniversary Toy Story DVD, and the 2 Disc Special Edition Toy Story 2 DVD and get a $10 coupon for each Blu-ray.

I just did this and had no problems printing the coupons. They look identical to the $5 coupons, but they say $10.00 instead (different UPCs of course).

TRU deal with both $10 upgrade coupons

Toy Story = $16.99 (price good if purchased with Toy Story 2/$21.99 normal)
Toy Story 2 = $16.99 (price good if purchased with Toy Story/$21.99 normal)
Toy Story Coupon = -$10.00
Toy Story 2 Coupon = - $10.00
Total = $13.98 + Tax

Target deal with both $10 upgrade coupons

Toy Story = $22.99
Toy Story 2 = $22.99
Target instant off if you buy both = -$10.00
Toy Story Coupon = -$10.00
Toy Story 2 Coupon = -$10.00
Total = $15.98 + Tax
