Yes, but isn't it remastered too? The album artwork looks so nice, I hate the 20th Century Masters artwork!

Good question. I'm not sure. Your 20th Century Masters CD should definitely be remastered, though. I actually prefer the 20CM cover.DisneyFreak5282 wrote:Yes, but isn't it remastered too? The album artwork looks so nice, I hate the 20th Century Masters artwork!
Yeah, the 20th Century Masters is remastered but I researched this year's release and I thought I read that it was remastered somewhere but I could be completely wrong.AwallaceUNC wrote:Good question. Thanks! I was torn between that and Leona Lewis' new CD (which I heard and is excellent), but I figured I'd buy the J5 CD now so I could listen to it until Christmas and then ask for Leona for Christmas since I can listen to that all year round.AwallaceUNC wrote:^ Glad you got it, DF5282! I agree with you entirely on the album title and packaging.

Yay!! I'm getting it for Christmas if my mom pays attention to my Christmas list (though I prefer the brunette cover myself....)PeterPanfan wrote:

According to Wikipedia, the disc of "The Fame" has several songs that weren't on the original version of the album. Like "I Like it Rough," "Starstruck," "Paper Gangsta," "Disco Heaven," and "Retro, Dance, Freak."potterrules93 wrote: really? i bought the single disk black haired cover today at hottopic but didnt pick up the 2-disk yet. how is it different?

Yes, that's correct. There's sixteen songs on "The Fame", and then eight on "The Fame Monster" for a total of twenty-two songs.Margos wrote:According to Wikipedia, the disc of "The Fame" has several songs that weren't on the original version of the album. By the way, for anyone who has the 2-disc edition, does it come with some sort of lyrics booklet? If so, is it just for the new album, or does it have something for the old stuff, too?
