Could be,i think she is (every website said Giselle is a princess, and Idina's character is not a princess).skyler888 wrote:the peasant-turned-princess
Maybe it's Idina's character, because she ends up with the prince in the end.

Well, I do think that people should put a spoiler warning before giving a spoiler, because that was done in other threads as well.
Anyway, I'm a bit surprised about that 'few songs' comment in that review. I thought that the film would feature five songs, but things could've changed since then or the person reviewing just thought there could've been more songs. I do hope that they aren't going to trim the songs, though, because I'm looking forward to hearing the songs.

Some things you see with your eyes, others you see with your heart.
Do you think a few more clips will suface before the movie is released? I know it is only the end of September, but I would love to see more! Id even be happy with just more pictures of the animated portion of the movie. Having said that, there are hardly any promo shots of the live action half of the movie either!
Regarding the ending, do you think there will be a return to the animated world? Or will they all stay in New York? What are people's thought on this .. .. ?

After they told about the Prince is not with Giselle i think they showed everything (they need to keep something to the film).atlanticaunderthesea wrote:Do you think a few more clips will suface before the movie is released? if you want-there's an interview in the Disney website with live action new sences.

A promotional featurette is now up at MSN video: Click here.
It's basically an extended trailer. A lot of this is made up of scenes we saw in the trailer, but extended by a few seconds in many places. I have to admit that I prefer the trailer version of two scenes: the scene where Giselle says, "Grumpy!" to the little person, and the bit where Edward gets run over by the bikers. Both scenes are visually the same as their trailer counterparts, but the audio's different. Giselle says "Grumpy!" more excitedly in the featurette, and the way she said it in the trailer's funnier, in my opinion (she says it in a more endearing way there). As for Edward and the bikers, the short scream Edward makes as he's being run over is missing from the featurette, which takes away from the impact, I think.
We do get to see a good deal of new footage, though, particularly involving Narissa disguised as the old peddlar woman. Since the trailer we've all seen is a teaser (I'm assuming since it was released so long ago), a lot of the footage we see here will probably end up in a final theatrical trailer soon.

Disney's Enchanted
Thank You, Disneykid, wouldn't have seen it without you!
Anyone notice the witch transforms backwards at the well?
Anyway, for the part where Giselle says "Grumpy!' more excitedly, I think I liked that better, actually, because it would make sense that she finally found someone she knows (or thinks she knows). She's scared, everyone is so mean, but finally, one person who is known for being mean (angry), she is excited for because it's at least someone familiar who won't harm her.
I hope you're right about a new trailer with this footage, but personally I don't want to much given away. Magical special effects are a huge part of what draws me to films, and those special effects are always strung together in the trailers because it's quick and fast-paced and exciting.

i wish giselle and mcdreamy would go back to andalusia.the prince looks more suited for city life.and the daughter as cartoon would be super adorable.then you'll have the 2nd humanoid princess( as kurta puts it) to have a (step)daughter.
the msn clip makes the movie seem all the more exciting!there's homage to almost many classic even hunchback! arghhh and to hear snippets of menken's score.i feel like the inner child in me again.
the first trailer didnt really do it for me except for the animation. just because im excited to see a new disney fairy tale animation. and the script sounds witty.
oh..in the youtube clip did anyone notice the bella notte restaurant! suweet!!
