What in the World? I think you just like to aggitate us lol  because of mostly everyones response to "clever edition" names and the joy of DVD's flushed out in 2-disc sets? Whata crack up...

Any ol' hooo

I love the Special Edition Cover art! I like the background and the colors and everything...except for some reason the Title doesnt look to flashy...kind of just plain looking, but hey its all cool. Im just extremly happy that this will be a 2-disc set. Hopefully Disney will continue these 2 -disc DVD's and keep their titles to just "Special Edition" or "Anniversary Edition."

Thankfully, Buena Vista has a long history of giving the fans exactly what they want, AMIRIGHT???

Aristocats is wonderful. Because Nancy Kulp was in it.

I know that I read the other day that the date has been pushed back. But, when "Cinderella III" came out, the insert said March 27. Is there any way that the DVD will come out on March 27?

Wonder why they jumped the gun and printed that date on the inserts. Did something cause a delay after those inserts in the DVDs shipped?

Not even if we wish upon a star? lol

Anyways, my guess is that it could've been a misprint, or they are bumping it back a week to April 3 so the release is closer to Easter. That would also make it a Month after Peter, which would seem to be a good time to release another classic. Either way, it's not too far from coming IMO.

That sounds logical, except I think if that were the case the date probably would have been on the website. I'm still hoping it's not too far off.

I seen it on the TV schedule that "The Aristocats" was on Playhouse Disney this morning. It had the retired old logo, but I'm not sure if it's either the Walt Disney Pictures old logo or BV logo. When the DVD comes out, let's hope.

New updats on main page including a kitten game, a deleted song (likely "She Never Felt Alone"), and what points to an anamorphic 16:9 aspect ration. Nice.

Awesome, it sounds like the Aristocats 2-disc DVD is going to have some really cool bonus features, and might shape out to be a really cool 2-disc edition after all.

I'd be happy with some trailers, a making of and some galleries.

I don't know if I'll pick this one up. I was never really fond of this movie.

I don't know if this has been asked already (I don't really have time to read through all the pages) but is this date official and is it the US date? If so, do you know when it'll be released here in the UK.

It was the date on the leaflet but it has since been delayed with no confirmed date, and as for the UK date i've asked and snooped around already but as far as I can tell it is still in print here :(

Thanks for letting me know, at least it's official (That's the main thing). About the UK release though, "still in print" makes me slightly worried. If it's out of print, that would be a much better sign as there is more chance of it being replaced with a new edition.

I said it was still in print

I know, sorry. I re-read what you put and realised that it was still in print, that's why I've edited what I put. My bad

Well at least I think it is because it is in stock at all online retailers although that's as close as you can get with the lack of a proper UK OOP list
