This game is really starting to resemble the real Survivor. Although that is enjoyable to watch, here it gets pretty nasty without the editors.

I'm going to vote which movies I think are my least favourites each round although I like every single one of those movies so voting will be hard.

Sadly it looks like my favourite has a chance to go this round. LE sigh, but yes it's just a game and this is no way in determining which really is the favourite animated movie of people on this site.

Maybe if he had simply admitted to making up the first username to vote in the thread, or taken my offer to e-mail me and clear things up. But instead, he registered still more user names (with bogus e-mail addresses), PMed me, and the whole time went about taunting and attacking individual users and the forum at whole. That behavior is just not welcome, and the IPs of the boss/boss clones (which any moderator can attest were the same) have been banned. Reinstatement isn't out of the question but it's certainly not happening while this game is going on.

Once again, Polls & Games are supposed to be fun. They're not supposed to boost post counts, waste bandwidth, or create hostility. Maybe the last part is inevitable with the alliances that have marked each survivor game. But please remember, that these are supposed to be fun and that that only happens if they're treated as such.

Again, it was fun while it lasted. I'll still be playing by our alliance (even though it's messed up now with Nemo leaving this round and you giving away our list of movies that we wanted to leave--no hard feelings, it's just why did you DO that?).

I had seen that message and I have plenty of things i would like to say, and I simply chose not to respond, I do not think that this round should turn in to the last incarnation of the thread.

I will however say one thing on the matter. Look again at the film i have voted to leave, now why would i do that if i had rigged this thing for Pocahontas to win?

chaychay - because I felt I was playing too dirty and had caused some of the problems that occurred. Of course even the post that said Totoro followed by Hercules is up in the air now that things have changed again. I have basically told everybody what I want to win, and quite a few people have told me what they want to win.

So game on. I want Fantasia to win, I have wanted Fantasia to win since day 1. I am not aware of a single person that is with me(including my wife) so lets just play.

I also know that a majority of people want one of two movies to win and neither is not names Fantasia or Pocohantas. There is no Pocohantas fix.

I also feel I should be honest at this point about exactly what went down.

After Kiki's Delivery Service was eliminated in Round 6 or whatever five of us freaked that there was an anti-Miyazaki alliance. We created a list of 19 movies that we wanted to protect 6 Disney, 3 Dreamworks, 1 sort of Disney, 6 Miyazaki and 2 Pixar that we felt were the best animated movies of all time. A good mix to represent all interests. Keep in mind this was five people, not enough to fix the game but enough to eliminate some movies and exert significant influence on the game. Who can forget the Golden era massacre(Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid) followed by the Princess massacre(Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and Cinderella set up by a new user who thought he was voting for movies) and the fuzzy animal massacre(Bambi, Lady and the Tramp, 101 Dalmations)

For the record all of the final 10 were from our list. Aladdin, Shrek, Joseph, Nightmare Before Christmas, Pom Poko, Porco Rosso, Nausicaa and Spirited Away were picked off along the way.

When it appeared to me that one member had gone against the strategy we had mapped out for the first round of the final 10 I saught a new alliance and came up with 11 people who agreed on what the first four movies to go would be resulting in probably 100s of PMs among this new alliance(sorry about that Luke)

Anyways, my actions were unfounded. Nobody had betrayed anybody. So that leaves me screwed. Unable to be loyal both to the people I have played with since Round 7 and the people I made promises to over the last couple of days and the cause of some of the problems in this game being so heated. So I am just playin for my own enjoyment now. I know the intention of most of the people in the game and Fantasia can not win(at least without incredible amounts of manipulations and coordinated sneak attacks). I aint gonna do that - I would rather keep you all as friends than win. I forgot that somewhere along the line and apologize.

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. I had my suspicions about Fantasia, but I wasn't sure. Well, I'll just say good luck, man. It's been great playing with you, and you've certainly helped to make this game memorable. Fantasia's a great movie, and a worthy choice, so again, good luck. Lord knows it has a better chance at the crown than my pick.
