I love Rankin/Bass Specials. One of the most popular teams around. Over the years, they made so many of the TV specials. One of them is the following:

1. "Frosty the Snowman"
2. "A Year Without A Santa Claus"
3. "Jack Frost"
4. "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town"
5. "The Easter Bunny Is Coming To Town"
6. "Pinocchio's Christmas"
7. "Here Comes Peter Cottontail"
8. "The Cricket On The Harth"
9. "The Life And Adventures Of Santa Claus"
10. 'Twas The Night Before Christmas"
11. "Frosty Returns"
12. "Rudolph's Shiny New Year"
13. "The Little Drummer Boy"
14. "The Little Drummer Boy - Book II"
15. "Nestor, The Christmas Donkey"
16. "The Leprechaun's Christmas Gold"
17. "Return To Oz"

They also made feature films:

1. "The Daydreamer"
2. "Mad Monster Party"
3. "Rudolph & Frosty's Christmas In July"
4. "The Wind Of The Willows"
5. "The Hobbit"
6. "Lord Of The Rings"

And of course, several TV shows:

1. "Tom Of T.H.U.M.B."
2. "The Jackson 5"
3. "The Osmonds"
4. "Festival of Family Classics"
5. "Thundercats"
6. "Tales Of The Wizard of Oz"
7. "The New Adventures Of Pinocchio"
8. "King Kong"
9. "Kid Power"
10. "The Comic Strip"
11. "Silverhawks"

These were all made by Rankin/Bass. As I would say, Rankin/Bass rocks!!!

Ah, Rankin/Bass...some of the best to work with stop motion. :) :)

Let's see...the only one I have on dvd is Rudolph (the 1964 one...there's so many Rudolph versions out there anymore!) but I have seen and enjoyed:

-Santa Claus is Comin' to Town (It's A Difficult Responsibility!!!)
-Year Without A Santa Claus (the Miser bros.)
-Easter Bunny is Comin' to Town
-Frosty the Snowman (all cel animated--didn't like it that much)
-Here Comes Peter Cottontail
You were born original and unique; don't die a copy.
