A 70s French edition of "The Art of Walt Disney"? Interesting - I never heard of that before.

Based on your description, though, it could seem quite similar to the original American 1973 edition. It has a Mickey on the cover that could be considered "3D" and there is "gold" printing - both gone on the otherwise not revised 1983 edition.
