Films that for me are just perfect
Star Wars: A New Hope
Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back
Toy Story
Toy Story 2
A Bug's Life
Finding Nemo
Monsters Inc
Peter Pan (1953)
Pinocchio (1940)
The Godfather
Goodfellas
Lawrence of Arabia
Bridge on the River Kwai
Animal House
The Lion King
Aladdin
Beauty and the Beast
Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring
Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
Lord of the Rings: Return of the King
Please note that the extended versions of the first two movies improve the already great theatrical versions
The Good the Bad and the Ugly
Once Upon A Time in the West

My votes for Perfection are ...

"King Kong" (1933)
"The Wizard of Oz"
"The Wolf Man"
"The Mark of Zorro" (Tyrone Power)
"It's a Wonderful Life"
"Vertigo"
"Sleeping Beauty" (Disney)
"Goldfinger"
"The Godfather"
"The Godfather Part II"

Many others close, but that's perfection to me.

I don't believe in there being a perfect film. Let's be honest, if nobody's perfect, than neither can a film. If a film's almost perfect, it doesn't mean it's excellent though. The Wizard of Oz has more flaws than 101 Dalmatians (1961 version), yet the former is far superior, as the latter's flaws are faw more damaging to the film.

Films I love that I feel reach near-perfection are:
*Amelie
*The Wizard of Oz
*Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
*Meet the Parents
*The Adventures of Robin Hood
*Return to Oz
*Shrek
*Lots of Disney titles...
