hmm...Looks like the Dutch ones have the most perfect packaging.

The UK one is all English but the packaging isn't as good as the Dutch one and it's the most expensive one.

The Australian one has really crappy packaging.

So looks like the Dutch ones look like they are the best overall.

Also, for SS R2/R4 > R1 in terms of content because it has the uncensored Jewish mask.

Hmm.. after looking at this page & pictures I think that the UK-tins are almost exactly the same as the Dutch ones (except for the smal logo at the right bottom of the frontside). The case inside seems to also be pretty much the same (except for the English texts on it obviously).

Could it be that the tins for the European market where produced by one source? Since all these editions where released at pretty much the same date I am almost shure that they are. I can't really find a full picture of the Swiss edition (on the site of DVD Blue you can not see the complete package) but it seems to be identical to the other releases.
