Posting in the Frozen II thread just now reminded me I still hadn't come back to these ranking threads after seeing that film. Now I just have to remember to do it again once I see Toy Story 4 and Onward. :P

I agree so much. But, my Top 5 Pixar out of this list is super duper easy, and my #1 from the WDAS list is super easy. I like all of them...how can I choose between Tangled and Frozen?!?!?!? (And I love Frozen II but I feel that the original needs to be above the sequel...) SO HARD!! And it's hard comparing something like The Good Dinosaur and Tangled, or Winnie the Pooh and Finding Dory...

1. Toy Story 3
2. Winnie the Pooh
3. Finding Dory
4. Zootopia
5. The Good Dinosaur
6. Tangled
7. Frozen
8. Moana
9. Onward
10. Frozen II
11. Monsters University
12. Big Hero 6
13. Toy Story 4
14. Brave
15. Wreck-It Ralph
16. Ralph Breaks the Internet
17. Inside Out
18. Cars 3
19. Coco
20. Incredibles 2
21. Cars 2

I do like all the movies; while Cars 2 is my least favorite Pixar movie, I still enjoy it when I watch it; like Chicken Little, maybe it has some kind of cringy moments (I think Cars 2 has less cringy moments than Chicken Little- and I like Chicken Little). And Incredibles 2- I really do like it, as well, and Coco, but not everything can be in the Top 10. That's why ranking is hard, because I like them all!!! (And Monsters University is in my Top 6 of Pixar movies, but #11 here...)

I relate to Rapunzel SO MUCH in that scene- that is me. With my anxiety and indecisiveness, that is me!

You reminded me and I want to expand on that. The reason I like Gothel is because in my opinion she's unique. To me she is one of their more humanized villains, meaning that she feels very real, like an actual person from real life could be like that. The only other villains I think are like that are Gaston and Frollo (and I like them better honestly), but it's so rare when Disney makes this kind of villain. There's also the ambiguity if she truly loved Rapunzel or not (there's no ambiguity with Frollo), and personally I'd like to believe that she did, cause that would make her even more complex. And there's also the reason why she does all of this (kidnapping Rapunzel, manipulating her, gaslighting her, emotionally abuse her) - she doesn't want to die, sure we can also say she want to remain young and beautiful and that she's really vain, which she is, but that aspect of also not wanting to die is sympathetic. Disney never made me sympathetic towards a character, they made me pity Gaston at the end but that's because he turned out to be pathetic. Gothel may not be like Ursula or Jafar, but she feels real and honestly more real than the twist villains that came after her and I think that's why I like her, even if she's not one of my favorites.
