Actually some of those names are even weird for me. Unless they're used in Peru but I seriously doubt it:
Tipo means guy
and Chicha (altough I do have heard that name for other things in Latinamerica I can't even say what does that word mean in PR

The other names are very mixed, and that is weird for Disney since when making a movie they make sure the names are realted to the culture used.

Anyhow...
Moo Goo Gai Panda - he originally was a Panda character for Mulan but I guess this name isn't weird in China, maybe just the Panda part.
I always thought Smee was a funny name, lol.
