^point taken, but it's not even that simple. I don't like the guy, but it's not black and white.

To clarify my point, this is a series where first impressions aren't always accurate, and if they are, by the end we often have a much clearer and more interesting view of these characters. And if real life has taught me anything, it's that good and evil are rather consistently grey areas, regardless of what we are taught to believe.

And the lastest episode made him even more likeable! He's a very interesting character... All the Lannisters are!

^exactly. Up until this season, I've spent half my viewing time wanting to strangle Joffrey in his sleep, or at least bitch slap him the way Tyrion does, and yet margaery seems to be sucking the poison out of him. She's also an interesting character in that she's clearly plotting something in addition to becoming queen, and yet she seems like she'd be a very good queen.

As I said before...

But I can't wait to find out if it's all just an act!

I have little experience with the books, but it seems they might be doing the wedding this season instead of next, considering they're already moving ahead with plans.

Edit: OMG, joffrey killed Roz!

I had to stick to watching the show online for the vast majority of it as I've been watching, but while I was away at my sister's place this weekend, I got to see the most recent episode of the show on TV, thanks to her having HBO.

Now that I'm caught up, I have to say that one thing I like about the show is how they're upping Jon and Ygritte's relationship. In the books I was never able to really care about them, but thanks to the actors and their chemistry on the show, it feels a lot more palpable than it ever did in my mind up to this point.

This really is a great show. A near-perfect adaptation of one hell of a series of books. Loving it!

It's easier to tolerate Jamie now that he cares for someone who isn't a rotten bitch like his sister.

Awesome episode. Makes you wonder if the end of... it all, so to speak, will even be remotely redeeming or positive in any way, shape or form.... Should I join Team Lannister?

Well, next season, you will get your wish.

I hope you won't miss Tywin too much, though.
