Today's member who has a Birthday is quite the all star on the forums. He left for about a while but recently came back when the forum was upgraded and was turned into a mod.

I didn't know. Happy Birthday to Escapay!
I wouldn't want to put his name in the first post without his permission, but I hope he's having fun wherever he is.

I'd rather not have my name listed in the thread title or first post, but thanks for the birthday wishes, Michael and Michael.

I swear I didn't use your real true name other than Escapay Did I? I apologize and I'm terribly sorry about that if I did.Escapay wrote:I'd rather not have my name listed in the thread title or first post, but thanks for the birthday wishes, Michael and Michael.

Yes, happy birthday to ajmrowland and everyone else whose birthday is coming up!
I hadn't updated this thread in a while. I was afraid I was the only one who would comment, which would be kind of pointless.

Re: UD Member Ages & Birthdays - Part II
Your local Sonic Drive-In is celebrating my birthday today with "National Hot Dog Day". All of their hot dogs (not the foot-long coneys) are on sale for $1, today, Tuesday, July 23rd. I think it is pretty cool that Sonic celebrates my birthday (j/k, but it is pretty cool, anyway)!!!
And also Arby's is celebrating their 45th anniversary by selling the original Arby's Roast Beef sandwich for 64 cents today, with a coupon. No coupon, no sale price. They do have limitations on how many you can get with the coupon, but aside from that, pretty good deal!
Enough of the commercialization of my Birthday. 73 years ago I was born on the snack bar floor of my mom and dad's movie theater. It was in El Centro, California, and it was 110 degrees outside. That's why, at least this is what I tell everyone, that movies are in my blood. I threaded up my first 35mm movie projector when I was nine years old, and had the distinct pleasure of working at Disneyland in Anaheim, California as a projectionist for three and a half years in the late 60's. The Mickey Mouse Theater was a real going enterprise and one of the more popular attractions in Fantasyland. I have not been able to attend the Employees Christmas Party for the past 10 years, but before that I never missed one except for the four years I was in the US Army stationed in Europe.

Turned 17 on the 9th. Was on the very same day mistaken for a 13-year-old.

Re: UD Member Ages & Birthdays - Part II
Yay! You're finally 17!
I must say you come off as a very sophisticated 17-year old. When I was your age, my regular activities on Ultimate Disney included being silly, complaining about the subpar quality of Region 2 DVDs, being silly, making enormous avatars that almost caused Luke to blow his top, being silly, and, amongst other things, cutting and pasting Jeffrey Katzenberg's head on the image of the purple Milka cow on Microsoft Paint (and then sharing it here, to um ... warm reception, I guess).
Happy birthday!
