If you been on this forum more often you would of known I was joking right off the bat and not as you put it "tried to use the joking excuse to get out of the hole it got itself in."
I make jokes all the time on this forum. Anyone would tell you that. I don't need to say I'm joking at the end of the sentence cause it's obvious.
Calling it ignorant would mean saying something about someone that not true and that when saying it seriously.
but other than that, to me....

Look, it was just a joke okay, can we move on?
So I'm doing some research, I haven't seen the steelbook on Mix Up, I went to their site but they have no info, checked the Liverpool site and they do show info, and is not as expensive as I thought it would be, that is if the site info is up to date, but the site says the blue ray disc is for the 3D version, and I'm a bit confused, I though it was the regular blue ray version, not the 3D one, gonna keep checking that.
