It's mostly Don Bluth and Studio Ghibli (in no particular order besides the first two):

Spirited Away
KiKi's Delivery Service
Thumbelina
A Troll in Central Park
Howl's Moving Castle
My Neighbor Totoro
Grave of the Fireflies
(talk about tear-jerker; I haven't been able to watch it since. It was so moving though. My mom bought it and I was like "No. It's too sad.")
Castle in the Sky
Ponyo
An American Tale

Thumbelina
The Swan Princess
Balto
Cats Don't Dance

Mine, not necessarily in any order:

The Cat Returns
Howl's Moving Castle
How to Train Your Dragon
Monsters vs Aliens
Robots
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time
Whisper of the Heart
Surfs Up
Ponyo
The Corpse Bride

There are others that I'd probably put on that list, but I can't think of any others. Most Studio Ghilbli movies are listed highly on my animated list, though there are a few I haven't seen, so I can't rate them.
No signature needed - Kyoto Animation put out some beautiful animation

Wow, can't believe I forgot to include Batman: Mask of the Phantasm! Also would give honorable mentions to Road to El Dorado, A Boy Named Charlie Brown and Snoopy Come Home. I don't remember the other two Peanuts movies, but the two I mentioned I own on DVD so I can definitely include them as honorable mentions at least. Of course, there are others. I wanna say Prince of Egypt, but it has been too long since I've seen that one (need to get the DVD). Oh, Cats Don't Dance for sure! And some I haven't seen could probably become faves. I haven't seen A LOT of the non-Disney CGI animated films. Of the Shrek movies though, Shrek 2 is the only one I really loved. I liked the first, but it was very overrated. Haven't seen the 4th, but three was barely okay.

Well, just because the voices are annoying (to many people, it's not just you) doesn't mean the movie itself is bad. I hate Owen Wilson but that doesn't mean I think Meet the Parents is a bad movie. Eliza Dushku rubs me the wrong way, but if Bring It On sucks it has nothing to do with her.

The Chipmunk Adventure was smarter than it needed to be, legitimately funny, and maybe even a little subversive. In a superficial sense.

AH! I forgot about that.

There goes Quackbusters:

Charlotte's Web - It has great tunes by the Sherman Brothers, but I selected mostly because I find the story very warm and extremely moving, and it helped inspire me to go veggie!
"Feed the birds, tuppence a bag"- Mary Poppins
"How high does the sycamore grow? If you cut it down, then you'll never know"- Pocahontas
"I do not make films primarily for children. I make them for the child in all of us, whether he be six or sixty. Call the child innocence." - Walt Disney

Transformers the Movie is definitely my favorite non-Disney animated movie.

I also like:
-The Chipmunk Adventure
-TMNT
-Hey Anold! The Movie
-the Shrek movies
-the SpongeBob movie
-the Rankin-Bass Hobbit and Return of the King movies
-The Simpsons Movie
-Corpse Bride
-Brave Little Toaster (Does this count as Disney or not? lol)
But the thing that makes Woody special, is he'll never give up on you... ever. He'll be there for you, no matter what.

hmmm, I'm going just do original 2D feature length western animated films. As my anime department and my DC comic ones would be too long to decided order as there's a lot I like from those.

Prince of Egypt
Iron Giant
Swan Princess
Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland
Sinbad
The Brave Little Toaster
American Tail: Fievel Goes West
Quest for Camelot
Balto
Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron
