ADDENDUM: "Day" is defined as the 24-hour period between 12:00 am and 11:59 pm in whatever timezone players reside in. Thus, a player may vote at 6:43 pm, then again at 2:18 am, and still have it considered one action a day. Players cannot take actions twice in the same day, for example: at 9:42 am and at 5:16 pm.
I've noticed some players hurting/healing within 12 or more hours in the same day (according to my timezone), though it may be different days for them. This addendum is to clarify how votes can be made within 12 hours of each other, but be two different days.
