I just saw that on CTV. I heard it would get to $1.10 by the end of this week but I didn't think it would get there today. Our dollar went up but our gas went up four cents yesterday here in Kelowna as well.Princess Rosie wrote:As of this morning the dollar has opened at OVER $1.10!!

Well it looks like one retailer may be learning to lower DVD prices in Canada. Today at Wal-mart the Ratatouille DVD was $17.97! While that still doesn't match the US asking price, it is a lot better than what other Canadian retailers are asking ($23-$26). Also, Transformers 2-discer was down to $23.83 (it was $27.83 last week).
It's small, but it's a step in the right direction........
