No, there isn't an English audio option for these episodes (something I found strange as surely it's easier to get hold of the English original?)
Regardless, it notifies you at the start of the episode and also offers you the chance to sign up for a DVD notification scheme where you can get your discs changed if/when the English alternatives become available.

Problem is, that exchange program extends only to Eastern Europe (Germany, Netherlands and Belgium) and probably the U.K. (some fans I know live in the U.K. have ordered the set). But no such luck for people who import from the U.S., like me. But for those who are holding out for Amazon.de to get a new shipment with the corrected discs, a new shipment came in July 13th (so people who order after that date will get the set and that will most likely have English audio for all the episodes).
BTW, the release date for S2 has been pushed back for September 21st (hopefully Amazon.de will have it up for preorder in the next couple of weeks). As far as I know, the delay is probably to insure that all the episodes for the second season come with the original English audio to avoid a fiasco like they did with this set. But there's no change for the S3 set, which is still slated for a December release.
