Peter Pan (an under-age character) smokes the peace pipe in the Peter Pan movie! :o

comment on the lion king changes, the croc don't look a thing like that dudes painting. as for the waterfall i guess they wanted them to look more realistic.
and i have the star wars DVDs and i wish they would release a three disc edition of the films in this format, disc 1: the original theatrical release with the infamous Han Shot First scene, disc 2: the edited, updated edtion, disc 3: bonus features.
members i like:Jasmine1022, Lazario(when he's in a good mood), Escapy, Prudence, Blackcauldron85, Anthony, and Mason Ireton.
Members i dislike: Lazario(when he's in a bad mood).

You're right! I wasn't thinking about that! I don't condone smoking by any means, but, yay for Cruella's cigarette! It'll be safe!

But old movies like Saludos Amigos don't have any edges to be left out: their Academy aspect ratio (1.37 : 1) is basically that of the full screen: 1.33 : 1.

I guess I'm too lazy to go through my DVDs and look right now, but doesn't that green screen sometimes say that the film has been formatted to fit your TV screen, and other times it says that the movie has been edited for content, etc.?

Probably there are different screens. This is from my copy of Make Mine Music (Gold Collection R1/R4, USA):

I don't have any U.S. DVDs where the aspect ratio has been altered, so I cannot compare this issue further.
