Who is the most EVIL Disney Villain?

Scar is pretty intense. For me the thing that makes maleficent so mean is she is trying to kill babies.

I would have to say Judge Frollo is definately the most evil of the Disney Villains. He murdered Quasimodo's mother on the steps of Notre Dame, then he raised him to believe he was a monstrosity, deformed, an abomination of the human kind. He even gave the child the name Quasimodo to mean "half-formed" He believes that this is not wrong, and he justifies his past actions (killing Quasimodo's mother). He then proceeds to burn innocent people's homes to the ground in an attempt to murder an innocent family. He even lusts after Esmerelda, and sings a song about it, where he sings about "Hellfire" and it driving him to sin. I think this is the most wicked Disney Villain of them all!

Okay, I've got to go back to the beginning and say the evil queen. Asking a henchmen to take your stepdaughter into the woods, kill her, and bring you the heart in a box?!?! Paaaaaaalllleeeeeeaaaaassse! Can anyone say evil?

BTW I don't know that Chernabog is that evil. Chernabog's posts to the board have always seemed okay to me.

I agree with 2099net, Frollo is truly a wicked man. I also think he is one of the most accomplished Disney villains, the team gave him time to become real. He is integrated in the story and not only a neat addition to spice up a picture. With Hunchback Disney managed to create a quite thought-provoking conflict between the characters.

I've always had a hard time deciding this. I would say Ursula, but she isn't the MOST evil, just my favorite. I mean she didn't get really bad until Ariel caused her to kill Flotsam and Jetsam. Well, I voted for the Horned King. Maleficent is my second choice and then Scar.

the most evil Disney villian in my opinion is the villian from the Rescuers Down Under. the character seems so realistic to me.
