Well, I just looked on Edline.net (place where the teachers post the students grades), and I failed my Spanish exam. I got a 65 out of 100. It's really weird though, because before the exam I had a 89, and then after the exam, I had an 87. I don't know how that works, but I'm okay with the grade. I would have hoped to have done better, but I guess I can't do anything about it. Next semester I'm going to study my little butt off for the Spanish exam. My teacher even said that next semester, quarter 3, is the hardest out of the year.

January 16, 2007 is when I go back to school and I can't wait because then I don't have to work as much but I'm making the best out of the rest of my vacation. When I say best I really mean I'm just laying on my butt and playing video games because once school starts that's not going to happen anymore.

Thankfully I only had 3 finals before Christmas break (I have 2 easy art finals next week). I got a 95 on my algebra 2 final and a disappointing 78 on my history final (it was probably all of the questions from before I transferred). I also had an English 3/British literature final that was split up into two parts--an in-class essay and a test on literary devices that all juniors in my school district were required to take; I got a 92 on my essay and a horrible 13 questions right out of 65 on the test (even though the curve was a low 47, I STILL failed)! How I did so badly on the test is beyond me...

Oh if you though just general Biology was hard; take Microbiology like I am, now there's a brain teaser.
I mean they got photosynthesis and cellular respiration, what the heck did they think was going to happen? The Magic School Bus made photosynthesis a lot easier than biology classes I've took in the past.

I just checked Edline, and I got a B on my Science Exam. I got a 115/135, so I'm happy with that. Also, my dumb Spanish teacher put the grades in incorrectly, and now I have a worse B. But hey, it's still a B.

We do that too. I failed the cell respiration test. We just had a lab with micropipettes and human DNA (My school is rich). I'm sure Microbiology is a pretty hard class.Oh if you though just general Biology was hard; take Microbiology like I am, now there's a brain teaser.

Well, for me it's kind of easy just as long as I can keep up with my reading and home work. Yeah cellular respiration is a very hard concept especially photosynthesis; I had no idea so much went into it. Well, I did; I just didn't expect the protons and electron chains going through ATP sythase; that came out of the blue!dalmation134 wrote: We do that too. I failed the cell respiration test. Oh yes! Actually, I'm looking forward to graduating because well first, I don't have to live with my parents anymore and I will have a job/career that I like. But the biggest reason why I'm so anxious and excited to graduate is because right after I'm going to get a brand new Mustang GT. It’s kind of a graduation gift to me for finally moving on with my life instead of spending my life on studying and waking up real early to go to school. Totally looking forward to that!bambifan56 wrote:Well start back tomorrow, this is my 4th year of college with one left and it feels like IT WILL NEVER END! I am ready to graduate and get in the real world. Any other college people feel the same?
