Well if it helps, there are goats, sheep, horses, cows (pictured above), pigs, and some stable cats and dogs living in a farm and Equine Science lab/stable behind the apartment buildings here at my college. It's sure to happen soon, someday! :P :lol: btw, yes, they do stink up the place, but your nose gets used to it.

Your right Waltmad it is the circle of life, as long as the animals are well looked after when they are alive, it's ok if they end up as dinner. (Now you mention it, I could go a pork & beef sausage :lol: )

That picture of the cow makes me want to play Harvest Moon.
The most we see around here is an occasional deer....and thats driving in the more forested side of town.

mmmm though I'm thinking maybe a burger for dinner :D

Ah, I loved that game! I used to have it on my gamecube, but I traded it in at Gamestation and deleted the save...poor 'Marble' is no more :(

I cracked up when I read the title of this topic.

Anyway, I don't have any idea what you should do. I live in a urban area, so nothing like this has ever happened to me before (but, I have seen a few possums in my yerd from time to time). Maybe you should call the Humane society or something. Sorry if I'm not being very helpful.

If you get milk deliveries as we do in the uk, you can cancel the milkman, they must need milking by now. If nothing happens, pull the 'udder' one. Or get them to moo ve on, If you really have a BEEF with me MILKING this for all it's worth, i will blow this JOINT. I think every one has HERD what i have to say now. :)

I'm coming back to the reindeer I mentioned on the previous page. I just moved to this place far up in the north - and it's supposedly a somewhat "urban" area - at least it used to claim to be the northernmost city in the world. And in this city reindeer can be found basically anywhere. Weird, and sort of fun - at least for a while.

AHHHH!!! TOO MANY PUNS!!!!

Lol, speaking of cows and "mooving," this is the back of the t-shirts we wore when we helped the frehsman move into the dorms today. You can't see it in the picture, but this t-shirt is incredibly soaked wiwth rainwater since we moved them into the dorms in the midst of Tropical Depression Ernesto. Gave a whole new meaning to "Dorm Storm."

No sir~ee. This thread is 1 of my faves & i am just not ready to let it drift into the blue yonder just yet. So please let me share my good news with you, also connected to this thread & Disney too.
Firsly, we exchanged contracts today, selling our house & buying a rural one in the Midlands uk. We shall keep a pig etc so hopefully we will have antics we can add to the 3 cows. The property we are moving into has a barn where we are going to convert part of it into a cinema & will be able to watch all the Disney dvd's.
We have tried for about 20 years to do this with so many set backs & dissapointments, so never give up on your dream, it could happen eventually.
We move on 21st of this month, so will be a bit busy for a few days to post, so not that any one will miss my cruddy jokes, when i get back on here i want to read further contributions to the 3 cows, ok. Cheers. :up:

LOL! Last week no cows came into my room.

Intead, a disgusting big fat brown cockroach. :lol: I woke up my dad (it was 2am) and he killed it with some insect killer spray. It's the first time I've seen a cockroach inside our house. We never had cockroach problems here before. :(

Moreover, in the kitchen, I always find 2 or 3 slugs during the night. I don't know from where they are getting in! We checked everywhere! I hope they haven't made a nest inside the subwoofer of the home theatre system we have in the same room. :lol: Our kitchen is located next to our courtyard. Maybe they're entering from there?

ewwww, but speaking of creepy things entering bedrooms...my friend said she was at her boyfriend's apartment and all night they heard this weird screeching sound they thought was outside. It turns out it was inside and there was a bat lying next to a shoe rack!!! EGADS!!!!! :shudders:
